Served as a Signal Lead with the 35th Battalion, Singapore Combat Engineers, managing battalion-level C4 systems to ensure 100% operational readiness and secure communications during complex missions. Led cross-functional coordination and supervised technical teams in high-pressure environments, maintaining critical infrastructure and earning commendations for leadership and technical excellence.

Provided on-site IT support for cloud system integration (ECCareSuite) across nursing homes in Singapore. L1/L2 support bridging end-users and technical providers.

Carried out preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices, created OJT manuals, collaborated with clinical and vendor teams, and developed a PM manual for the Volista Surgical Light including a custom jig design.

Training players aged 8–17 competing in local and international tournaments. Focused on skills development, tactical knowledge, and competitive preparation.
